You can return the Booty Pump Bands within 10 days of receiving your order if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. You will be responsible to pay return shipping. Once the bands arrive at our warehouse we will inspect to make sure the items are not damaged and will issue you a refund of the product order back to the payment that was used for the initial transaction that you will receive within 5-7 business days.
If defective merchandise is relieved, you will need to notify us within 10 days of the purchase date and we will send you shipping label to return defective merchandise.
If you are wearing the correct size (according to our sizing chart) and wearing the headband correctly (one of the four ways listed on the card insert in your headband package) and for some reason it is still not staying on, we will offer to exchange or return your order (after you return it to us at your expense). This headband must be unwashed, and have the original tags on it to be accepted.

This means your order is currently being processed by our warehouse. Please allow 48-72 business hours. Once the courier has received the package at the facility, they will enter into their system and you will begin to see the journey of your package.
Yes, we do! We use USPS First Class mail which will take anywhere from 10 to 15 days to ship once it has been received by the courier.

While each of our garment undergoes individual wash testing, we recommend that you follow the instructions for each specific garment, to ensure that your active wear stays in excellent shape. We have also given some further care tips for your Ledbetter Athleisure wear.
Take out any removable padding before washing.
When washing your garment, we recommend that you use a garment bag on gently cold and wash with other similar colors using a mild detergent.
When hanging your clothes to dry outside, we recommend that you do so out in the shade as the exposure to the sun will increase the chances of the garment fading in color overtime.
Please be aware that some of the brighter colors may bleed the first time washing, use caution when washing.

With almost all of our garments have reflecting logo details, we recommend that you avoid any type of heat drying.
We recommend that you wash your garments after wearing one to two times (your preferred preference is highly suggested.
